The Antioch College Alumni Association maintains a database of Alumni, Students, Antioch
College faculty and staff, and Friends of the College (members of the Antioch College
community) in order to stay in touch and keep you updated about Association events and
chapters.
Members of the Antioch College community may register on this website and create or update
an online profile. In so doing, we collect and store personal information (or “data”) about you.
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and this Policy sets out what
information we collect about you, where and how we use (“process”) it.
We may change this Policy from time to time. Please check this page occasionally to stay up to

this aggregated and anonymized data for research purposes without restriction. For example,

disputes, and enforce our agreements.

you, or to remove your information from our database.
If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will keep a record of your contact details and limited
information needed to ensure we comply with your request. If you ask us to remove your
personal data we will delete all the personal information we hold about you other than your
name and information about your attendance at Antioch College which we retain as part of the
Association’s records.
